Upon deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly erased:

• Subjects, qualifications, and tutor/student profiles
• Course listings and enrollments
• Chat messages and conversation threads
• Student requests, actions, and contact reveals
• Credit balance and all coin transactions
• Trusted devices and saved sessions
• Verification requests and account preferences

No data is retained. We do not keep backups, logs, or partial records after deletion. Any remaining credit balance or active enrollments will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
